1. Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: July 1st, 2026

1.1 Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website, courses, audio materials, video materials, live sessions, supervision, workbooks, quizzes, tools, community spaces, certificates, and related services offered by Neurodivergence Coaching Academy LLC (“NCA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing, enrolling in, accessing, or using any NCA offering, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund and Cancellation Policy, the Medical, Mental Health and Educational Disclaimer, and any program-specific Enrollment Agreement presented at checkout. If you do not agree, do not purchase or access the program.

1.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. NCA does not knowingly enroll children or minors.

1.3 Nature of NCA Services

NCA provides online education, coaching methodology, professional development, neuroinclusive practice frameworks, and related learning resources. NCA does not provide medical care, psychotherapy, psychological treatment, diagnosis, crisis intervention, addiction treatment, or other licensed healthcare services.

Enrollment does not create a physician-patient, therapist-client, psychologist-client, counselor-client, or other healthcare-provider relationship.

1.4 Program Information

NCA currently offers the courses Roots, Rythm, and Rise. Courses may be purchased individually or as a three-course package. Program descriptions, schedules, instructors, guest experts, materials, and delivery methods may be updated when reasonably necessary, provided the overall educational value is not materially reduced.

1.5 Account Security

Course access is personal to the enrolled participant. You may not share login credentials, permit another person to access your account, copy or distribute materials, or use the program for unauthorized group instruction. You are responsible for activity occurring through your account and for promptly notifying NCA of suspected unauthorized use.

1.6 Pricing and Taxes

A single course is priced at $1,199, plus applicable taxes. The three-course package is priced at $3,299, plus applicable taxes. Prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless expressly indicated otherwise.

Applicable sales, use, value-added, goods and services, or similar taxes may be calculated and added at

checkout where required. You are responsible for taxes not collected by NCA where applicable law requires you to report or pay them.

1.7 Installment Plans

Installment plans are payment arrangements for the full purchase price and are not month-to-month subscriptions.

For a single course, the installment schedule is $549 followed by a final installment of $650.

For the three-course package, the installment schedule is five installments of $549 followed by a final installment of $554.

By selecting an installment plan, you commit to paying the full purchase price, except where a valid statutory withdrawal, cancellation, or approved refund applies. Discontinuing participation, failing to attend live sessions, or ceasing to access the course does not automatically cancel remaining installments.

1.8 Failed or Late Payments

If a scheduled payment fails, NCA may retry the payment method, request an updated method, pause course access, withhold certification, or suspend participation until the account is brought current. NCA will provide reasonable notice before suspension where practicable. Suspension does not waive the unpaid balance.

NCA may use a third-party payment processor. Payment information may be processed directly by that

provider and may not be stored by NCA.

1.9 Live Office Hours

Weekly Zoom office hours are optional group learning and question-and-answer sessions. They are not private coaching, therapy, medical consultation, crisis services, or a substitute for individual supervision.

Missing an optional office-hour session does not create a right to a refund, credit, private replacement session, recording, or make-up session.

1.10 Zoom Recording Policy

NCA does not ordinarily record Zoom sessions. A session may be recorded only in an exceptional circumstance where NCA has provided advance notice and every person participating has given express consent. A participant who does not consent must be allowed not to participate in the recording or another reasonable arrangement must be made.

Participants may not record, photograph, screenshot, transcribe, stream, or distribute any live session without NCA’s prior written permission and the express consent of all affected participants.

1.11 Individual Supervision and No-Shows

Where an individual supervision session is included, the participant must schedule and attend it within the stated program or access period. Unless NCA states otherwise in writing, a session may be rescheduled without charge with at least 24 hours’ notice.

A cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice, failure to attend, or arrival more than 15 minutes late may cause the session to be treated as used. Late arrival does not extend the scheduled end time. NCA may make a one-time exception for a documented emergency, but no participant has an automatic right to an exception.

1.12 Certification

An NCA certificate is a private educational credential issued by Neurodivergence Coaching Academy LLC. It is not a government license, medical license, mental-health license, psychotherapy qualification, or authorization to diagnose or treat any condition.

Certification may require completion of modules, quizzes, assignments, practice activities, supervision, attendance requirements, ethical commitments, or other standards stated in the applicable program description. NCA may withhold or revoke certification for non-completion, dishonesty, misuse of NCA materials, serious ethical violations, misrepresentation of qualifications, or conduct that creates a material risk to clients, participants, or NCA.

1.13 Scope of Practice

Completion of an NCA program does not authorize a graduate to practice medicine, psychology, psychotherapy, counseling, social work, occupational therapy, addiction treatment, or any other licensed profession.

Each participant is solely responsible for complying with the laws, licensing rules, professional standards, insurance obligations, and scope-of-practice restrictions in every jurisdiction where the participant works.

1.14 Intellectual Property

All course materials, audio recordings, video recordings, books, workbooks, quizzes, case examples, graphics, frameworks, card systems, wheels, exercises, methods, trademarks, logos, certificates, and website content are owned by NCA or used under license.

Purchase or completion grants only a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access the materials for the participant’s own learning during the stated access period. No ownership is transferred.

Participants may not reproduce, publish, sell, sublicense, translate, adapt, teach from, distribute, upload, share, create derivative products from, or commercially exploit NCA materials unless a separate written Practitioner, Trainer, or Corporate License expressly permits that use.

1.15 Participant Conduct and Confidentiality

Participants must communicate respectfully and protect the privacy of others. Personal stories, case discussions, identities, workplace information, diagnoses, and other sensitive information shared in live sessions or communities must not be disclosed outside the learning environment.

Participants must anonymize case material and must not upload or share medical records, diagnostic reports, identifiable client files, crisis disclosures, or unnecessary sensitive health information. NCA may remove a participant for harassment, discrimination, unauthorized recording, confidentiality breaches, solicitation, intellectual-property misuse, or unsafe conduct.

1.16 No Guaranteed Outcomes

NCA does not guarantee employment, income, clients, business success, professional licensure, insurance reimbursement, membership in a professional organization, acceptance by an employer, or recognition by a government, school, healthcare organization, or accrediting body. Educational and professional outcomes depend on many factors outside NCA’s control.

1.17 Third-Party Services

NCA may use third-party platforms for hosting, video conferencing, email, analytics, payment processing, forms, file storage, and community features. Use of those services may also be subject to the third party’s terms and privacy practices. NCA is not responsible for outages or failures outside its reasonable control.

1.18 Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NCA services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. NCA does not warrant uninterrupted access or that all content will be suitable for every participant or jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that limitation, NCA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or decisions made in reliance on course content. Any enforceable aggregate liability will be limited to the amount paid by the participant for the specific program giving rise to the claim.

1.19 Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless NCA, its founders, instructors, contractors, and representatives from claims arising from your unlawful use of NCA materials, unauthorized professional practice, violation of another person’s rights, breach of confidentiality, or misrepresentation of your qualifications.

1.20 Governing Law and Mandatory Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that mandatory consumer protections in the participant’s country or region continue to apply where they cannot lawfully be waived.

For consumers in the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom, nothing in these Terms removes mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law.

1.21 Changes

NCA may update these Terms prospectively. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date and, where appropriate, communicated to enrolled participants. The version accepted at enrollment will continue to govern completed purchases except where a change is legally required or expressly agreed.

2. Refund, Cancellation and EU Withdrawal Policy

Effective Date: July 1st, 2026

2.1 NCA’s 14-Day Limited Refund Policy

Subject to mandatory law, a participant may request a refund within 14 calendar days after purchase only if the participant has not accessed substantive course content.

The two introductory Welcome and Orientation videos may be accessed without affecting eligibility. Refund eligibility ends when the participant opens, streams, downloads, views, or otherwise accesses any course module, lesson, audio recording, workbook, quiz, tool, case study, or other substantive material beyond those two introductory videos.

To request a refund, email neurodivergencecoachingacademy@gmail.com within the 14-day period and include the purchaser’s name, order email address, program purchased, purchase date, and request to cancel.

2.2 Approved Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. NCA may require a reasonable processing period. When an installment purchase is validly refunded, future unpaid installments will be canceled and course access will end.

This voluntary policy does not reduce any non-waivable statutory rights.

2.3 Installment Plans Are Not Subscriptions

An installment plan divides a fixed purchase price into scheduled payments. It is not a cancel-anytime subscription. A participant who stops attending or accessing the program remains responsible for the unpaid balance unless a valid statutory withdrawal, approved refund, or written cancellation right applies.

2.4 EU/EEA Consumer Right of Withdrawal

Consumers located in the European Union or European Economic Area generally have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason, subject to legal exceptions.

Because NCA programs include digital content and may also include live educational services, the checkout must obtain any legally required separate express request for immediate performance and acknowledgment regarding the loss or limitation of the right of withdrawal.

NCA will not rely solely on the fact that a participant opened a module. Any loss of the statutory withdrawal right for digital content will apply only where all legal conditions have been met, including prior express consent to begin supply during the withdrawal period and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal will be lost where applicable.

For service elements that begin during the withdrawal period at the consumer’s express request, the consumer may be responsible for a proportionate amount for services already supplied if the consumer later withdraws, where applicable law permits.

2.5 EU Model Withdrawal Notice

To exercise the statutory right of withdrawal, the consumer must send a clear statement to:

Suggested wording:

“I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following NCA program: [PROGRAM]. Ordered on: [DATE]. Name: [NAME]. Address: [ADDRESS]. Email used for purchase: [EMAIL]. Date: [DATE].”

2.6 Mandatory Rights Elsewhere

If the consumer’s country provides a mandatory cancellation, refund, or cooling-off right that cannot lawfully be waived, that right applies. NCA’s voluntary refund policy operates in addition to, not in replacement of, those mandatory rights.

2.7 No Refund for Non-Attendance

Failure to attend optional office hours, required live sessions, supervision, or other scheduled elements does not by itself create a right to a refund. No-show and rescheduling rules are stated in the Terms and the applicable Enrollment Agreement.

3. Medical, Mental Health, Educational and Professional Disclaimer

3.1 Not Medical or Mental-Health Care

NCA, Nadine Prager, Alexandra Robuste, and NCA instructors, supervisors, guest experts, contractors, and representatives are not acting as physicians, psychologists, psychotherapists, psychiatrists, licensed mental-health providers, or other healthcare professionals unless a specific individual is expressly identified as separately licensed and is acting within that separate licensed role.

NCA programs are for education, professional development, coaching methodology, training, reflection, and informational purposes only. They do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, clinical assessment, psychotherapy, trauma treatment, psychiatric care, addiction treatment, crisis intervention, or healthcare services.

3.2 No Provider Relationship

Participation does not create a physician-patient, therapist-client, psychologist-client, counselor-client, or other healthcare-provider relationship with NCA or its founders.

3.3 No Diagnosis

NCA does not diagnose neurodivergence or any medical, developmental, psychological, psychiatric, learning, or neurological condition.

References to ADHD, autism, AuDHD, dyslexia, dyscalculia, dyspraxia, Tourette syndrome, giftedness, masking, sensory differences, nervous-system states, self-medication, trauma, stress, burnout, or related experiences are educational and exploratory. NCA questionnaires, cards, wheels, frameworks, reflection exercises, quizzes, and case examples are not diagnostic instruments.

3.4 Medication and Treatment

Do not begin, discontinue, reduce, increase, replace, or otherwise change medication, therapy, medical treatment, or professional support based on NCA content. Questions about diagnosis, medication, treatment, substance use, self-harm, trauma, or physical or mental health must be directed to an appropriately licensed professional.

3.5 EFT and Regulation Practices

EFT, tapping-related exercises, co-regulation practices, breathing exercises, body-based awareness, nervous-system education, and other regulation tools are presented as optional educational and self-regulation practices within a coaching context. NCA does not represent them as medical treatment, psychotherapy, trauma treatment, or a cure for any physical or psychological condition.

Participants should stop an exercise that causes significant distress and seek qualified support where appropriate.

3.6 Emergencies

NCA is not an emergency or crisis service. If you or another person may be in immediate danger, is considering suicide or self-harm, is experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, or may be at risk of abuse or violence, contact local emergency services or an appropriately qualified crisis or healthcare provider immediately.

3.7 Personal Responsibility

Participants are responsible for deciding whether the program is suitable for them, working within their own professional competence, obtaining appropriate insurance, and seeking independent legal, medical, tax, licensing, or professional advice where needed.

3.8 Research and Educational Content

Research, terminology, professional standards, and legal requirements can change. NCA may discuss emerging ideas, lived-experience perspectives, or models that are not universally accepted. Educational content should not be treated as individualized clinical or legal advice.

3.9 No Guaranteed Results

NCA does not guarantee personal, health, relational, professional, financial, employment, or business outcomes. Testimonials and case examples illustrate individual experiences and do not promise similar results.

4.2 Information We May Collect

We may collect contact and identity information; account and login information; purchase, billing, and transaction information; course progress; quiz and assignment results; communications; customer-support records; Zoom attendance; supervision scheduling information; survey responses; and information voluntarily provided in forms, workbooks, live sessions, or communities.

We may also collect technical information such as IP address, device type, browser, operating system, referring pages, cookie identifiers, approximate location, and website activity.

Payment-card data may be processed directly by our payment processor rather than stored by NCA.

4.3 Sensitive Information

Because NCA addresses neurodivergence and related experiences, participants may voluntarily disclose health-related or otherwise sensitive information. Please do not provide medical records, diagnostic reports, identifiable client files, crisis information, or unnecessary sensitive data through general email, group calls, community spaces, or workbook uploads.

Where EU/EEA law applies, NCA will process special-category personal data only where a valid legal basis and, where required, an Article 9 condition applies, such as explicit consent or another lawful basis.

4.4 Purposes of Processing

We may use personal information to provide and administer programs; create accounts; process payments; schedule sessions; track progress; issue certificates; communicate about purchases and services; provide support; maintain security; prevent fraud; improve content and website performance; comply with law; establish or defend legal claims; and send marketing where permitted.

4.5 Legal Bases for EU/EEA Processing

Where the GDPR applies, NCA may rely on performance of a contract, steps taken before entering a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests, consent, and establishment or defense of legal claims, depending on the activity.

Marketing consent may be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully performed.

4.6 Service Providers

We may share information with service providers that support website hosting, course delivery, payment processing, email, customer support, video conferencing, scheduling, analytics, cybersecurity, accounting, legal compliance, and cloud storage.

Provider names and specific data-transfer mechanisms must be added after NCA selects its technology stack.

4.7 International Transfers

NCA is based in the United States and may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required for transfers from the EU, EEA, UK, or Switzerland, NCA will use an appropriate transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision, approved contractual clauses, or another lawful mechanism.

4.8 Cookies and Analytics

The website may use necessary, preference, analytics, and marketing cookies or similar technologies. Non-essential cookies will be handled through a consent mechanism where required. The final Cookie Policy must list each active tool, purpose, provider, duration, and opt-out method.

4.9 Zoom and Live Sessions

Zoom sessions are not routinely recorded. An exceptional recording may occur only after advance notice and express consent from every participant. Participants may not make their own recordings.

Information shared in group settings may be heard by other participants. Although participants agree to confidentiality, NCA cannot guarantee that another participant will comply. Avoid sharing unnecessary identifying or sensitive information.

4.10 Retention

NCA will retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, including program administration, accounting, certification verification, dispute handling, and legal compliance. Specific retention periods must be finalized based on the platform, tax obligations, and certification model.

4.11 Security

NCA uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No system is completely secure, and NCA cannot guarantee absolute security. Participants are responsible for protecting their credentials and devices.

4.12 Your Rights

Depending on location, individuals may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, or information about disclosures. California residents may have additional rights if and when the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to NCA.

4.13 Sale or Sharing

NCA does not intend to sell personal information for money. Whether any advertising or analytics activity constitutes “sharing” or “sale” under California law must be assessed after the final technology stack is selected. If legally required, NCA will provide the appropriate opt-out mechanism and notice.

4.14 Children

NCA programs are intended only for persons age 18 and older. NCA does not knowingly collect personal information from children through enrollment.

4.15 Changes and Contact

NCA may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal, technical, or business changes. The revised effective date will be posted.

Participant Commitments

The participant agrees to complete required work honestly, maintain confidentiality, use NCA materials only as licensed, refrain from diagnosis or treatment outside the participant’s lawful scope, and comply with the NCA Code of Ethics and Scope of Practice.

Certification

Certification is issued only after all stated requirements are met. Completion does not create a medical, psychological, therapeutic, counseling, or other professional license.

Refunds and Withdrawal

The NCA Refund, Cancellation and EU Withdrawal Policy is incorporated into this Agreement. EU/EEA consumers receive mandatory withdrawal rights and required checkout disclosures where applicable.

Electronic Acceptance

By checking the required boxes and completing purchase, the participant electronically accepts this Agreement and the incorporated policies. NCA should retain the date, time, policy version, order record, and checkbox consent record.

6. Recommended Checkout Disclosures and Checkboxes

Checkboxes should not be preselected. The checkout system should record date, time, user, order, and policy version.

Required — Terms: I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Enrollment Agreement, Refund and Cancellation Policy, and Medical, Mental Health and Educational Disclaimer.

Required — Nature of Training: I understand that NCA provides education and coaching training only and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, psychotherapy, mental-health treatment, addiction treatment, or crisis services.

Required — Credential: I understand that NCA certification is a private educational credential and does not constitute professional licensure or authorization to diagnose or treat any medical, psychological, developmental, or neurological condition.

Required — Installments: I understand that an installment plan is a payment plan for the full purchase price, not a cancel-anytime subscription, and that I remain responsible for scheduled installments except where a valid legal cancellation or approved refund applies.

EU/EEA — Immediate Digital Access: I expressly request that NCA begin supplying digital content before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period.

EU/EEA — Loss of Withdrawal Right for Digital Content: I acknowledge that, once supply of the digital content begins, I will lose my statutory right of withdrawal for that digital content where applicable law so provides.

EU/EEA — Early Performance of Services: I expressly request that any live educational or support services scheduled during the 14-day withdrawal period begin before that period ends, and I understand that I may owe a proportionate amount for services supplied before withdrawal where permitted by law.

Optional — Marketing: I would like to receive NCA news, educational updates, and marketing emails. I can unsubscribe at any time.

7. Live Session, Supervision and No-Show Policy

Optional Office Hours

Weekly office hours are optional. No refund, credit, recording, private replacement, or make-up session is provided for non-attendance.

Individual Supervision

Unless otherwise stated, rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellation or non-attendance may cause the session to be treated as used. Arrival more than 15 minutes late does not extend the appointment.

Required Live Components

If a live component is required for certification, NCA may offer a later cohort session, alternative assignment, or other approved make-up option. Availability is not guaranteed, and an administrative fee may apply if disclosed in advance.

NCA Cancellation

If NCA cancels a scheduled individual or required live session, NCA will offer a rescheduled session or reasonably equivalent replacement. Cancellation of an optional office hour does not create a refund right.

Recordings

Sessions are not recorded as a default. Exceptional recording requires advance notice and express consent from every participant. Participants may not make their own recordings.

8. Attorney and Launch Review Checklist

Confirm California LLC formation, Statement of Information, Agent for Service of Process, local business registration, and fictitious business name needs.
Confirm whether the Venice residence may be used as the public principal business address and whether lease, HOA, insurance, or local zoning restrictions apply.
Review California automatic-renewal law only if NCA later adds subscriptions; current installments should be presented as a fixed payment plan.
Review EU/EEA and UK consumer-law checkout flow, withdrawal notice, model form, confirmation email, and treatment of mixed digital-content/service contracts.
Assess German FernUSG/ZFU exposure before actively marketing or enrolling consumers in Germany.
Review VAT, OSS, U.S. sales-tax nexus, and payment-processor tax settings.
Identify every processor and subprocessor for the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and data-processing agreements.
Finalize supervision inclusion, access period, mandatory live requirements, assessments, certificate title, and practitioner/tool licenses.
Review all health, nervous-system, trauma, EFT, ADHD, autism, and outcome claims for FTC and local advertising-law substantiation.
Create a separate Code of Ethics, Scope of Practice, Referral/Crisis Protocol, Community Confidentiality Agreement, and Practitioner/Trainer License before certification begins.

This Cookie Policy explains how Neurodivergence Coaching Academy LLC ("NCA," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on www.neurodivergencecoachingacademy.com. It should be read together with the Privacy Policy.

Cookies are small data files stored on or accessed from a visitor’s device. Similar technologies may include pixels, tags, local storage, software development kits, and device identifiers.

9.2 Categories of Technologies We Use

Strictly necessary technologies support essential website functions such as security, fraud prevention, network management, account access, shopping-cart functions, checkout, and user preferences that are required to deliver a service requested by the visitor.

Analytics technologies help us understand website traffic, visitor interactions, performance, and how the site is used.

Advertising and marketing technologies help measure campaigns, attribute conversions, build audiences, and deliver or evaluate advertising.

Functional technologies may remember choices or support enhanced features that are not strictly necessary.

9.3 Wix

Our website is hosted and operated using Wix. Wix may place essential cookies required for security, website operation, member login, checkout, fraud prevention, language or display preferences, and other platform functions. Depending on our Wix configuration, Wix may also support analytics, functional, or marketing technologies.

Essential Wix technologies may operate without consent where permitted because they are necessary to provide the website or a service requested by the visitor. Non-essential Wix technologies will be controlled through the consent banner where required.

9.4 Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, including information such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser information, referring sources, interactions, and session activity. Google Analytics may use first-party cookies and similar identifiers.

For visitors in jurisdictions requiring prior consent, Google Analytics will be configured to respect the visitor’s consent choice and should not place or access non-essential analytics cookies before consent. We may use Google Consent Mode or equivalent controls in connection with our consent-management platform.

9.5 Meta Pixel

We use the Meta Pixel to measure advertising effectiveness, understand actions taken on our website, attribute conversions, create or refine advertising audiences, and improve Meta advertising campaigns. The Meta Pixel may use first-party and third-party cookies or similar technologies and may transmit event data to Meta Platforms and its affiliates.

Where prior consent is required, the Meta Pixel and related marketing technologies will remain disabled until the visitor provides consent. Visitors may withdraw consent through the cookie settings tool.

9.6 PayPal

If a visitor selects PayPal or interacts with a PayPal checkout element, PayPal may use cookies and similar technologies for essential payment processing, authentication, fraud prevention, security, account preferences, functionality, analytics, and other purposes described in PayPal’s own privacy and cookie notices.

Payment information provided directly to PayPal is processed by PayPal under its own terms and privacy practices. NCA does not control all cookies or technologies placed on PayPal-hosted pages.

9.7 Zoom

NCA uses Zoom for live online sessions. Zoom is primarily addressed in our Privacy Policy and Live Session Policy rather than as a website-cookie provider. If Zoom content, scheduling tools, or widgets are embedded directly into our website, Zoom may place cookies or similar technologies and the cookie inventory must be updated accordingly.

Zoom sessions are not recorded by default. Any exceptional recording requires advance notice and express consent from every participant.

9.8 Consent and Cookie Banner

Visitors in the European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions requiring prior consent will be shown a cookie banner or preference center. Non-essential analytics and advertising technologies, including Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, should not be activated until the required consent has been obtained.

The banner must offer a genuine choice, including the ability to reject non-essential technologies as easily as accepting them. Consent must not be assumed through silence, continued browsing, or preselected options where prohibited.

9.9 Changing or Withdrawing Consent

Visitors may change or withdraw cookie consent at any time through the “Cookie Settings” or similar link made available on the website. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred lawfully before withdrawal.

Visitors may also manage cookies through browser settings, but disabling essential cookies may affect website operation, account access, or checkout.

9.10 Current Service Inventory

NCA currently expects to use the following services:

• Wix — website hosting, security, account, functional, and commerce technologies.
• Google Analytics — analytics and website-performance measurement.
• Meta Pixel — advertising measurement, attribution, and audience functions.
• PayPal — payment processing, authentication, fraud prevention, and related technologies.
• Zoom — live online sessions; website-cookie disclosures apply only if Zoom features are embedded or linked in a way that places technologies on the NCA website.

Cookie names, providers, purposes, and storage periods can change when providers update their systems. The live cookie scanner and preference center should be treated as the current technical inventory and reviewed before launch and periodically thereafter.

10. Privacy Policy Provider Addendum

10.1 Website and Course Platform — Wix

Wix provides website hosting, website functionality, account features, forms, commerce tools, and related infrastructure. Personal information may be processed by Wix on our behalf and through Wix-controlled services. Wix may process technical, account, transaction, security, and usage information as described in its own privacy materials.

10.2 Payment Provider — PayPal

When PayPal is selected, PayPal processes payment, account, authentication, device, fraud-prevention, and transaction information under its own privacy terms. NCA may receive transaction confirmation, purchaser identity, billing details, payment status, and dispute information, but generally does not receive complete payment-card credentials from PayPal.

10.3 Analytics — Google Analytics

Google Analytics may process online identifiers, cookie identifiers, device and browser information, approximate location, page views, referrals, events, and interaction information to provide aggregated analytics and reporting. Where required, Google Analytics will be subject to prior consent and appropriate consent signals.

10.4 Advertising — Meta Pixel

The Meta Pixel may process online identifiers, browser and device information, page and event activity, purchase or conversion events, and other parameters configured by NCA. Meta may use this information to provide measurement, attribution, audience, and advertising services under its own terms. The Pixel will be consent-controlled where required.

10.5 Video Conferencing — Zoom

Zoom processes participant names, email addresses or account details, meeting metadata, device and technical information, chat or content voluntarily shared, and session participation information as needed to provide live sessions. NCA does not record Zoom sessions by default. Exceptional recording requires advance notice and express consent from all participants.

10.6 Data Processing Agreements and International Transfers

Before launch, NCA should enter into or accept the available data-processing terms with relevant providers and document applicable international-transfer mechanisms. The final Privacy Policy should link or refer to the current provider privacy notices and be updated if the technology stack changes.
